Learners complete an online theory module and a two‑day practical assessment to achieve the full Technical One certification.

It covers key areas such as e‑bike systems, diagnostics, battery care, wiring, motor setup, fault‑finding and safe working practices around electrical components. This hands‑on training helps learners understand how different e‑bike technologies operate and how to service them correctly, leading to recognised Cytech e‑Bike certification.

Cytech Technical Two is a comprehensive 10‑day qualification that develops the advanced skills needed for professional bicycle servicing. We cover drivetrain setup, wheel truing and building, hub and bearing servicing, rim and disc brake adjustment, hydraulic brake bleeding, internal hub gears and more. The course can be delivered as 10 consecutive days or 2 days a week over 5 weeks, giving learners flexibility while ensuring full hands‑on training and assessment to achieve the Technical Two certification.

Cytech Technical Three is an intensive 5‑day advanced qualification for experienced mechanics aiming to master high‑level diagnostics, servicing and repair. The course covers complex systems such as electronic gearing, advanced wheel building, suspension setup, hydraulic systems and detailed fault‑finding across old and modern bikes. This programme develops the expertise needed for senior workshop roles and specialist service work, with full practical assessment leading to Technical Three certification.

It’s ideal for riders, parents, volunteers and anyone who wants to maintain their own bikes safely and effectively, with hands‑on guidance throughout.
